The purpose of this IFRC Child Safeguarding Policy is to provide a framework for ensuring that IFRC programmes are designed and implemented with the best interests of the child in mind. In particular, it aims to ensure that children are protected from all forms of violence, abuse, exploitation, and neglect in all IFRC programmes, preventative actions are prioritized, and accountability is ensured.
