Integrated Model for Supervision Pilot

The Pilot of new model for supervision includes training and workshops for organization leadership, management, supervisors, and supervisees. As part of the Supervision: The Missing Link project which aims to strengthen supervision practices within MHPSS, the IFRC Reference Centre for Psychosocial Support and Trinity College Dublin will begin piloting the Integrated Model for Supervision with four organizations. The pilots will be taking place in (Pilot 1) Jordan, Nigeria and (Pilot 2) Afghanistan and Ukraine.
