In this knowledge exchange we discuss how to set up and implement Training of Trainers (ToT) for Problem Management+. To help frame our discussion, Gitte Rønde (DIGNITY) and Michail Lavdas (Tdh Hellas, UiB) will share their recent experiences, challenges and insight from setting up ToTs. Afterwards, the floor is opened to a wider knowledge share between all participants. This exchange will be facilitated.
