The training of trainers (ToT) in sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV)

The training of trainers (ToT) in sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) enables participants to conduct the two-day basic training in “Psychosocial support for people affected by SGBV”.

The ToT is a three day training, during which the participants will become better acquainted with the content of the basic training as well as learning how to facilitate the training. The ToT is designed for those training staff and volunteers who already have basic knowledge of psychosocial support and preferably also about SGBV. It builds on IFRC strategic frameworks and strategies and global minimum standards for humanitarian agencies for gender, violence prevention and child protection.
